Vancouver, BC – In the words of the original documentary rebel Chris Marker: “Rarely has reality needed so much to be imagined.” In an increasingly chaotic world, documentary comes to the rescue, offering radical reinvention, brave new ideas for the future, and a flinty and unyielding form of hope.

Tickets are $10 each or 3 for $20 and the GRAND PRIZE is a roundtrip for two to Victoria on Helijet, overnight accommodation at Fairmont Empress Hotel, plus two VIP One-Day Passes to Rifflandia Festival 2017.  THE EARLY BIRD PRIZE IS A 10-TICKET PACK TO THIS YEAR'S FEST!

In partnership with Vij's, DOXA Documentary Film Festival is proud to present an exclusive event that is sure to tantalize your taste buds while also giving you a fabulous and fun way to support the festival!  Join us on April 22nd...

We are seeking dynamic individuals who are interested in working in a busy, energetic, film-loving environment to fill the positions of Communications Assistant and Program Outreach and Volunteer Assistant. The positions are supported through the Job Creation Partnerships program.

As someone who is new to the Festival, I have been learning about the importance of the organization, not only to filmmakers, students, volunteers, and sponsors, but most importantly to audience members and documentary lovers. In 2017, DOXA needs your support to expand our capacity.
