Partnership Opportunities
Play a Role in DOXA: Vancouver’s Documentary Film Festival
Join our growing festival, connect with our community.
As a cutting edge Vancouver media arts event leading up to our sixth festival, DOXA is committed to building strong relationships with all of our festival partners. We have forged professional links and presented dynamic programs with many national organizations, local community groups, other festivals and businesses. DOXA offers a wide range of sponsorship levels and can customize partner packages offering you the benefits most suited to your organization.
Stand out
We recognize the need for our partners to make a distinct impression. In addition to standard benefits such as logo placement, print recognition and sign displays, we offer the following opportunities for a more prominent profile:
Produce a trailer
Prize giveaways
Host a reception
Address our audience at a screening
Sponsor branded lanyards or branded t-shirts
Advertising
Host a Master Class or public forum
Sponsor an award in your name
Present the Opening or Closing Night Galas
And more….
We are eager to brainstorm creative ideas to effectively deliver your message to your target group. We can customize a partner package that best fits your needs.

Media Campaign
DOXA’s professional publicists get a strong response from diverse media outlets each year, leading up to and during the festival. This provides DOXA with broad and dense coverage. Documentaries are multi-faceted and touch many parts of the community, encompassing human-interest stories, historical and international subjects, local issues and the arts. This appeals to more than arts reporters, but also community papers, talk radio, multicultural media and news reporters.
